We are seeking a high-potential, growth-minded Frontend Developer to join our team in building the next generation of financial platforms. You will be responsible for crafting sophisticated, high-performance user interfaces that bridge the gap between complex financial data and seamless user experiences. Your role will focus on Real-time data processing (WebSockets), Generative AI integration (Streaming), and delivering a world-class UX under rigorous institutional security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Development: Build and scale complex web applications using Next.js. Develop high-performance, SEO-optimized landing pages using Astro to ensure industry-leading speed and discoverability.
• Real-time & AI Integration: Architect and maintain real-time data streams via WebSockets. Integrate Generative AI features, focusing on optimizing UI performance for streamed responses and interactive AI interfaces.
• Frontend Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve Core Web Vitals. Optimize the frontend to handle high-frequency financial data updates smoothly without compromising the user experience.
• Technical Excellence: Maintain high code quality through Clean Code principles and Unit Testing, ensuring system reliability and maintainability within a mission-critical financial environment.

• Core Stack: 0 – 3 years of experience in Frontend development with a strong mastery of Next.js and TypeScript.
• Modern Frameworks: Solid understanding of the Astro framework and Islands Architecture (or a strong willingness to master it quickly).
• Data Communication: Foundational knowledge of WebSockets, SSE (Server-Sent Events), and robust RESTful API integration.
• Styling & State: Expertise in Tailwind CSS and proficiency in state management libraries such as Zustand, React Query, or Context API.
• Performance: Practical understanding of Web Performance Optimization (e.g., Code Splitting, Caching Strategies, Lazy Loading).

• User-First Mindset: A strong passion for UX/UI; you don’t just build features, you build experiences.
• AI Enthusiast: Deep interest in the evolving Generative AI landscape and how it can be applied to frontend tech.
