Responsibilities
Role Overview: Define the visual identity, architectural aesthetics, lighting logic, and color palettes to create atmospheric, immersive, and visually continuous environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build comprehensive look guides and visual bibles detailing materials, surface textures, environmental lighting, and color grading rules.
- Create high-concept digital art, location references, and keyframes for major story moments.
- Collaborate with Character Designers, Storyboard Artists, and Generative Video Artists to ensure renders align with the established world aesthetics.
- Develop, test, and curate style prompts, custom LoRAs, and visual anchors for environment consistency across scenes.
- Establish visual rules governing how weather, illumination, time-of-day, and scale behave within the film universe.
Qualifications
- Experience: Portfolio demonstrating high-level visual art direction, concept art, environment design, or visual development.
- Gen-AI Toolset Mastery: Expert proficiency in prompt engineering, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, ControlNet, and custom LoRA setups.
- Design Principles: Mastery of color theory, architecture, set design, film lighting, and spatial perspective.
- Technical Adaptability: Ability to turn abstract mood boards into precise technical prompts and visual guidelines.
- Submission: Portfolio featuring 1–3 concept art bibles, environment guides, or keyframe collections.
