Responsibilities
Role Overview: Manage production timelines, AI rendering budgets, asset workflows, versioning control, and licensing rights to ensure seamless project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate scripts and shot lists into detailed master schedules, compute cost forecasts, and resource allocation plans.
- Oversee digital asset management (DAM), version tracking systems, standardized folder hierarchies, and file naming protocols.
- Prioritize production bottlenecks, revision rounds, and re-shot budgets across art, video, sound, and editorial departments.
- Monitor model licenses, dataset usage compliance, and copyright permissions for commercial deployment.
- Streamline cross-functional communication and asset handoffs between creative leads and technical platform teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: Experience in film production management, line producing, post-production management, or media coordination.
- Project Tools: Mastery of production management software (Notion, ShotGrid, Airtable, Asana, Monday.com).
- Financial Modeling: Strong financial skills to track and model AI compute costs, API credits, and render farm budgets.
- Logistics & Compliance: Solid knowledge of media licensing, asset version control, and pipeline workflows.
- Submission: 1–3 production plans, shot tracking sheets, or redacted budget summaries.
