CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

EOR & Payroll Operations
• Collect and process monthly payroll for client employees
• Accurately calculate employee benefits, deductions, and bonuses in accordance with company policy and labor law
• Ensure all processes comply with relevant legal requirements and regulations
• Prepare and present payroll reports to clients on a regular cycle and upon request

Client Communication & Relationship
• Serve as the primary Single Point of Contact for clients on matters related to Payroll, Tax, Benefits, and HR Compliance
• Communicate clearly, promptly, and professionally — whether via email, meetings, or formal presentations
• Manage client expectations and resolve issues on the spot with a calm, solutions-first mindset
• Our clients span multiple time zones — flexibility to communicate outside standard working hours is part of this role
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships built on trust and reliability

Problem Solving & Process Improvement
• Identify inefficiencies in HR and Payroll workflows — then fix them
• Design or redesign SOPs and workflows to make operations leaner and more accurate
• Don't wait for problems to surface — anticipate them, resolve them, then report

AI Tools & Tech-Enabled HR
• Apply AI tools in real work — drafting communications, summarizing data, building templates, and automating repetitive tasks
• Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies that help the team work smarter

HRD & Value-Added Scope
• Support the design and delivery of Training Programs for internal teams or clients
• Conduct Benefits Benchmarking to recommend competitive packages aligned with market standards
• Design and track KPIs / OKRs for outsourced employees or internal team members

Qualifications

Must-Have
✓ At least 3 years of experience in HR or Payroll — particularly in an EOR or Staff Outsourcing context
✓ Strong communicator in both Thai and English — confident in speaking, writing, and presenting
✓ You see problems as challenges to solve, not burdens to avoid — and learn fast in new situations
✓ Full ownership mentality — you don't wait to be chased, you get the job done
✓ Flexible when clients in different time zones need you outside regular hours
✓ Genuinely enjoy using AI tools and technology to work more efficiently
✓ Proficient in MS Excel and Payroll Software
✓ Solid understanding of labor law and HR Compliance
✓ Bachelor's degree or above in any field

Bonus Points If You've...
✓ Led Process Improvement initiatives or designed SOPs in HR/Payroll workflows
✓ Worked in HRD: Training Design, Benefits Benchmarking, or KPI/OKR Design
