Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities: Safety Officer เจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัยในการทำงานระดับวิชาชีพ (จป.วิชาชีพ)

• Develop and implement annual safety, occupational health, and environmental plans.

• Conduct workplace risk assessments and recommend appropriate preventive measures.

• Prepare safety manuals, procedures, and provide safety training to employees.

• Inspect workplace environments, equipment, and machinery to ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Investigate workplace accidents and unsafe incidents to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.

• Report accidents, illnesses, and fatalities to relevant government authorities in compliance with legal requirements.

• Organize and coordinate Safety Committee (คปอ.) meetings and follow up on action plans.

• Coordinate with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance during safety inspections and audits.

• Prepare regular safety performance reports for management review.

• Organize safety promotion activities (e.g., 5S, Safety Week, Zero Accident campaigns).

• Maintain records related to alcohol testing, substance control, and other quality system requirements.

• วิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยง และกำหนดมาตรการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุ

• ตรวจติดตามการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัย

• จัดทำรายงานและสรุปผลด้านความปลอดภัย

• ให้คำแนะนำและส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัยในองค์กร

Qualifications

Skills and Competencies:

Strong knowledge of occupational safety, health, and environmental laws.

• Ability to conduct risk analysis and implement control measures.

• Report writing and presentation skills.

• Project management and internal audit skills.

• Good communication and training facilitation skills.

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and strong teamwork ability.

• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• มีคุณสมบัติเป็น เจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัยในการทำงานระดับวิชาชีพ (จป.วิชาชีพ) ตามกฎหมาย

• มีประสบการณ์ด้านความปลอดภัยอย่างน้อย 0-3 ปีขึ้นไป
