Responsibilities
- ดูแลความเรียบร้อยโดยรวมของออฟฟิศ
- ประสานงานกับแม่บ้าน ช่าง คนขับรถ และผู้ให้บริการต่างๆ เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานในออฟฟิศเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
- ดูแลอุปกรณ์สำนักงาน และการจัดซื้อ/เบิกจ่ายของใช้เกี่ยวกับสำนักงาน
- รับสายโทรศัพท์ และประสานงานผู้ติดต่อทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร
- รับ-ส่งเอกสาร พัสดุ และจัดเก็บเอกสารให้เป็นระบบ
- ประสานงานภายในองค์กรในเรื่องงานทั่วไป
- สนับสนุนงานHR เบื้องต้น เช่น การช่วยประสานงานกิจกรรมบริษัท
- ตรวจสอบและรายงานปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นภายในออฟฟิศ พร้อมหาแนวทางแก้ไขเบื้องต้น
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- Work in office: Monday – Friday 09.00 - 18.00
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป (ไม่จำกัดสาขา)
- อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์งานธุรการ/ งานประสานงาน หรืองานที่เกี่ยวข้อง อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และมีความรับผิดชอบสูง
- มีทักษะการจัดการและสามารถจัดลำดับความสำคัญของงานได้ดี
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี และสามารถประสานงานกับหลายฝ่ายได้
- ใช้โปรแกรมพื้นฐาน เช่น Microsoft Office หรือ Google Workspace ได้
- มีความคล่องตัว พร้อมรับงานหลากหลาย (Multitasking)
- หากมีประสบการณ์ธุรการสำนักงานจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
