Responsible for managing, analyzing, planning, and driving the development and implementation of internal business systems, including ERP, WMS, HRM, CRM, Cargo Application, Approval Workflow, and other business applications. This role acts as the key bridge between business users, management, developers, vendors, and related stakeholders to ensure that system solutions meet business needs, are delivered within agreed scope and timeline, and can be used effectively in real operations.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business
Administration, Logistics, Accounting, Industrial Management, or related fields.
• Equivalent work experience in ERP, Business Analysis, Product Management, or System
Implementation may be considered.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst,
• At least 3–5 years of experience in Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst,
Project Manager, ERP Consultant, System Analyst, or Software Project roles.
• Experience with internal business systems such as ERP, WMS, HRM, CRM, Approval System,
Logistics System, or Web Application.
• Experience working with developers, vendors, key users, and management.
• Experience preparing requirement documents, process flows, test cases, or UAT checklists.
• Experience in system implementation, UAT, Go-Live, or post Go-Live support is preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects or system improvement initiatives at the same time
is an advantage.
Required Knowledge
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle.

• Understanding of business workflows such as Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, Warehouse,

• Knowledge of Odoo, WMS, HRM, CRM, or logistics systems is preferred.
• Understanding of project scope, timeline, risk, and change management.
