1.รับผิดชอบการแก้ไขและบำรุงรักษา ระบบ แอร์คอมเพรสเซอร์,ชิลเลอร์,แอร์คอนดิชั่นและระบบไฟฟ้า Utility และ Facility 2.ปฎิบัติงานติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ งานปรับปรุง งานแก้ไข และระบบงานติดตั้งที่เกี่ยวข้อง ตามใบแจ้งซ่อม 3.ปฏิบัติงานติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ งานปรับปรุง งานแก้ไข และระบบติดตั้งที่เกี่ยวข้องในห้อง Cleanroom 4.ดูแลรักษาเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการทำงาน 5.ปฎิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
