-Manage and provide smooth service to assigned customers.
-Responsible for import and export shipments across the full operational scope up to billing.
-Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, agent, internal departments, and other relevant parties.
-Prepare and maintain reports for all handled shipments.

-At least 1 year of experience in freight forwarding, especially import operations.
-Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected issues.
-Ability to work well under pressure.
