Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end implementation and delivery of ICT projects.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate internal teams, customers, vendors, and technology partners.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, risks, issues, and budgets.
  • Review project scope, technical requirements, and implementation readiness.
  • Conduct project kick-off meetings, status reviews, and customer updates.
  • Manage project risks, escalations, and corrective action plans.
  • Lead UAT, project acceptance, service handover, and transition activities.
  • Prepare project reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 3-7 years of experience in ICT Project Management, IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Cybersecurity, or related areas.
  • Understanding of project lifecycle management and implementation processes.
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of Cloud, Network, Infrastructure, or Cybersecurity technologies is an advantage.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.

    Over the course of 31 years of providing telecommunication infrastructure to Thai society, starting in 1990 under collaborative contract or concessionaires, AIS was granted the right to utilize state frequencies under the 25-year Built-Transfer-Operate (BTO) agreement. In 2010, the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC), the government agency regulating broadcasting and telecommunication, was established and tasked with granting spectrum licenses.
