- Development and management of maintenance tasks.

- Managing the maintenance system, budget, spare part.

- Support the production line to ensure plant equipment is reliable and keep in the best condition.

- Develop and Support of independent audit system (including spare part, preventive maintenance).

- Improvement and implementation of preventive maintenance systems, including new equipment in the preventive maintenance schedule to prevent process or equipment non-conformance.

- Ensure team's performance by leading, motivating and managing in an efficient way.

- Coach and develop skills of subordinates.

- Bachelor's degree or above with Mechanical Engineering of Electrical Engineering.

- Good Knowledge in Mechanical and Electrical drawing, Pneumatic and Hydraulic System.

- 5-10 years working experience in Maintenance.

- Ability to work under pressure,

- Problem-Solving skills.

- Service minded and Teamwork.
