- Welcome guests, escort them to the meeting room, and coordinate with relevant personnel (the person the guest is meeting/ Maid to prepare tea and coffee)

- Provide preliminary information to guests or visitors, and coordinate notification to the relevant personnel when a guest or visitor arrives/contacts the office.

- Responsible for publicizing SATS information, welcome messages for guests, and other announcements/news on the monitor screen in the Reception area.

- Manage the cleanliness and organization of the Reception area.

- Summary report and other duties as assign.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.

- Receptionist : Accepting new graduates or candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience as a receptionist in a corporate office or industrial factory.

- Proficient in English across all four skills : Reading, Speaking, Listening, and Writing.

- Possesses strong Microsoft Office skills.

- Good personality, service-minded, and possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Has a passion for service and enjoys communicating with people.
