Responsibilities
- Oversee production activities according to established plans.
- Manage and enhance production efficiency.
- Supervise subordinates to ensure adherence to company rules and procedures.
- Monitor productivity and quality to achieve set targets.
- Control man-hours within the production process.
- Provide technical support for machine repair.
- Plan and organize production schedules.
- Communicate production plans to supervisors and subordinates.
- Support and participate in company quality and social activity implementations.
- Maintain confidentiality of all company information, data, records, and photos, ensuring no unauthorized disclosure to third parties or unrelated internal personnel.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or dictated by company policy.
Qualifications
- Male or Female
- Age 25 years and above
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a food factory environment
- Demonstrated honesty and meticulousness in work
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure
- Technical knowledge related to machinery, production processes, and relevant technologies
- Good physical health
- Knowledge of quality systems such as BRC, GMP, and ISO
- Immediate availability is a plus.
