Responsibilities
- Lead and drive product launches through effective cross-functional coordination, ensuring on-time execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Drive channel development and expansion for Non-Paint products by identifying new market opportunities, developing new sales channels, and increasing product penetration across target segments.
- Manage product life cycles, oversee quality improvements, and conduct competitor benchmarking.
- Coordinate with the sales team on channel development for existing and new customers to gain market share.
- Develop and execute initiatives to boost product sales, enhance brand awareness, drive product trials, and expand distribution, including managing daily marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales support activities.
- Collaborate with clients to plan and implement marketing campaigns focused on brand building and lead sales generation, ensuring alignment with company goals and sales targets.
- Utilize analytical skills to assess the entire customer journey across various channels and touchpoints.
- Support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts through sales enablement, media promotions, networking, trade shows, and events.
- Track, measure, and report the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and assessing progress against set goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing
- Demonstrated expertise in product and trade marketing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong ability to meet deadlines and manage budgets effectively
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Channel Development, or Business Development is a plus.
- Experience in new product launch and go-to-market activities is a plus.
- Experience developing new sales channels, distributors, dealers, retailers, or hardware channels is a plus.
- Strong understanding of automotive refinish, car care, detailing, or related aftermarket products is a plus.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Technical, R&D, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams is a plus.
- Ability to identify market opportunities, customer needs, competitor activities, and new product opportunities is a plus.
- Experience in the car polishing and paint protection film (PPF) business and hardware channel is a plus.
