Responsibilities
Quotation Management 80%
- Correspond RFQ with customer and supplier
- Prepare quotations by verifying import tax, transportation, warehouse, and inventory costs.
- Update quotations based on customer agreements, exchange rates, copper/material prices, and market trends.
- Coordinate with outside sales for quotation decisions.
Sales Data Support 20%
- Coordinate with internal departments to respond to customer inquiries.
- Gather customer insights to support sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Age between 22–27 years old
- Bachelor’s degree: Business administration; International Business, Logistics and supply chain, Management (Preferred)
- Have experience in quotation support with the automotive or trading industry to maintain customer relationship.
- High conversational English proficiency (TOEIC ≥ 750).
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table)
- Have a Basic knowledge of Incoterm will be preferrable.
- Detail-oriented, multitasker, self-motivated, disciplined and structured thinking skills.
- Preferred: Understanding of Japanese company culture.
