  - Male or Female, age 24-28 years old

  - Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Political Sciences, Psychology or any related field

  - At least 1 years’ experience in Training&Development function 

  - Good communication and presentation skill 

  - Positive work attitude (CAN DO) , energetic and fast learning

  - Good Command of spoken and written English

  - Good computer skills
