Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and control procurement activities for construction materials, equipment, and services required for condominium development projects.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including Purchase Request (PR), Request for Quotation (RFQ), supplier selection, and Purchase Order (PO) issuance.
- Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with qualified suppliers, contractors, and vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers to obtain the best value for the company.
- Monitor procurement budgets and conduct cost analysis to support project cost control.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments such as Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Finance, and Warehouse to ensure smooth procurement operations.
- Review and approve procurement documents and ensure compliance with company policies and internal control procedures.
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and service quality.
- Prepare procurement reports, supplier evaluations, and cost-saving initiatives for management review.
- Continuously improve procurement processes, systems, and supplier management to increase efficiency and transparency.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the real estate development or construction industry.
- Experience in purchasing construction materials, contractor services, and project-related equipment.
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, and cost analysis skills.
- Good understanding of procurement procedures, contract management, and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and procurement/ERP systems.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
