Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and ensure accurate customer data.
• Update and maintain customer databases, including leads, prospects, and existing customers.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to track customer activities and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Monitor customer status from initial contact, reservation, contract signing, until property transfer.
• Prepare CRM reports such as leads tracking, conversion rates, and sales performance reports.
• Analyze customer data to support sales and marketing strategies.
• Support customer relationship activities such as marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement programs.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of CRM tools such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Provide reports and insights to management to support business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Customer Service, Sales Support, or related roles.
• Experience in the real estate industry will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
