Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to ensure accurate customer data.
- Update and maintain customer databases, including leads, prospects, and existing customers.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to track customer activities and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Monitor customer status through the entire lifecycle, from initial contact to property transfer.
- Prepare CRM reports, including leads tracking, conversion rates, and sales performance.
- Analyze customer data to support the development of sales and marketing strategies.
- Support customer relationship activities, such as marketing campaigns, promotions, and engagement programs.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, coordinating with relevant departments for resolution.
- Ensure the proper use and maintenance of CRM tools, such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Provide reports and insights to management to support business decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Customer Service, Sales Support, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms is a plus.
