Responsibilities
- Develop, improve, and maintain software systems, websites, applications, and internal systems based on company requirements
- Gather requirements from users, analyze problems, and propose technical solutions
- Perform system/program testing, troubleshoot issues, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance to ensure smooth and continuous operation
- Design, improve, and maintain databases related to business systems
- Prepare system documentation, user manuals, flowcharts, and technical documents
- Provide user support, troubleshooting, consultation, and user training when required
- Propose system improvements or automation solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Follow IT Security policies, including access control, data backup, and company data protection
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and external service providers related to system operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields
- 1–3 years of experience in Programming, Software Development, or System Support
- Fresh graduates with strong technical skills are welcome to apply
- Knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, Python, C#, Java, VB.NET, or other related programming languages
- Experience with SQL, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or other related databases
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, API Integration, and Web Application Development
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Able to communicate effectively with users and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
