Responsibilities
- วางแผนและบริหารจัดการแคมเปญสื่อดิจิทัลสำหรับโครงการคอนโดมิเนียม โดยครอบคลุมแพลตฟอร์ม Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube), Meta (Facebook / Instagram), TikTok Ads และ LINE Ads (ตามความเหมาะสม)
- กำหนดกลุ่มเป้าหมาย (Target Audience) ตาม Customer Persona ของแต่ละโครงการอย่างแม่นยำ
- จัดสรรงบประมาณโฆษณาและปรับกลยุทธ์การประมูล (Bid Strategy) เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายด้าน CPL (Cost per Lead), CPA (Cost per Appointment), ROAS และ Conversion Rate รวมถึงควบคุมการใช้งบประมาณให้เป็นไปตาม KPI ที่กำหนด
- วิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์แคมเปญรายวัน ดำเนินการ A/B Testing, ปรับปรุงกลุ่มเป้าหมาย (Audience), ปรับแต่ง Creative และประสานงานกับทีม Digital เพื่อปรับปรุง Landing Page รวมถึงขยายขนาดแคมเปญที่แสดงผลงานดี
- ติดตั้งและตรวจสอบการทำงานของ Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 และ Conversion Tracking พร้อมทั้งตรวจสอบคุณภาพของ Lead และ Funnel อย่างสม่ำเสมอ
- จัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงานรายวันและรายสัปดาห์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงลึก เช่น Impression, CTR, CPC, CPL, Lead Quality, Booking และ ROI เพื่อนำเสนอ Insight สำหรับการปรับแผนการตลาด
- ประสานงานกับ Marketing Manager, Creative Team, ฝ่ายขาย, Agency และ CRM เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าแคมเปญสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการขายของโครงการ
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาการตลาด หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ด้าน Performance Marketing หรือ Biddable Media 2 – 5 ปี
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้งาน Google Ads และ Meta Ads
- สามารถใช้งาน Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager และ Looker Studio
- ความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วย Excel หรือ Power BI จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ความเข้าใจในธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์หรือคอนโดเป็นข้อได้เปรียบ
