Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing guidance and support via phone, chat, email, and in-person interactions
- Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, analyzing root causes and coordinating with relevant departments to deliver effective solutions
- Track case progress and keep customers informed of updates and outcomes through to full resolution
- Maintain accurate, complete customer records and case details in the system
- Prepare reports on recurring issues and customer satisfaction trends, and recommend improvements to enhance service quality
- Build strong, lasting customer relationships while upholding the company’s professional image
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field (Communication, Business Administration, or Hospitality preferred)
- Age 27-35
- Experience in customer service or coordination roles
- Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills
- Strong ability to analyze problems and resolve situations effectively under pressure
- Outstanding English communication skills
