Responsibilities
1. จัดเตรียมเอกสารนำเข้า
- ตรวจสอบและจัดเตรียมเอกสารนำเข้าสินค้า เช่น Bill of Lading (BL), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (CO), Import License ฯลฯ
2.ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับ Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarders, Customs Brokers, Supplier หรือ Vendor
3. ติดตามสถานะการนำเข้า
- ติดตามการขนส่งและการนำเข้าสินค้า
- อัปเดตสถานะให้ฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องรับทราบ
4. ตรวจสอบและจัดเก็บเอกสาร
- จัดเก็บเอกสารนำเข้าให้เป็นระบบและสามารถเข้าถึงได้ง่าย
- ดูแลเอกสารให้ครบถ้วนตามระเบียบของบริษัทและกฎหมาย
5.สนับสนุนงานด้าน Import อื่น ๆ
- ช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาเอกสารหรืองานนำเข้าที่เกิดขึ้นในวันทำงาน
- รายงานปัญหาหรือข้อผิดพลาดให้หัวหน้างานทราบ
Qualifications
1. เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 22 ปีขึ้นไป Male or Female, aged 22 and above
2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขาการจัดการโลจิสติกส์, การค้าระหว่างประเทศ, ธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ หรือ สาขาบัญชี การเงิน และสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, International Trade, International Business, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
3. เข้าใจเอกสารนำเข้าและกระบวนการศุลกากร Understanding of import documentation and customs procedures.
4.ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office programs.
5.มีทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงาน Good communication and coordination skills.
6.สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษหรือจีนได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ Ability to communicate in English or Chinese is a plus.
ประสบการณ์: มีประสบการณ์ในงานเอกสารนำเข้า (Import Documentation) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
