Responsibilities
- Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities
- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods
- Lead the 5S and Good Hygiene Practices in warehouse operation
- Lead the quality assurance activities in day-to-day warehouse operations such as audits, inspections, non-conformity control including investigation and CAPA, documents and records control, traceability, personal hygiene/cleaning/pest/chemical control programs
- Be the trainer and take care of quality and warehouse operation procedures training
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management or related field
• Experience in warehouse operation at least 3-5 years and experience in 3rd party logistics is a plus
• Strong communication and leadership skills and customer oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Problem-solving skills
• Be able to work 6 days per week
• Be able to work day and night shift
