Transport Supervisor (Location : Bang Na K.M. 19) - บริษัท เมอส์ก โลจิสติกส์ แอนด์ เซอร์วิสเซส (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

Responsible and control material/product of customers as requirements. And delivery products according to customer specifications

1. To Check, control overall and track shipment the delivery of each customer

1.1 To manage the checker handover product goods

1.2 To control people and working system for good work

1.3 To ensure the checker has correct delivery

1.4 Monitor POD from transportor daily

1.5 Record issue log daily

2. Control KPI unit to achieve as company target
2.1 Control KPI ontime delivery & POD unit to achieve as company target

2.2 Report customer complaints

3. Effective Control and mangement Team to comply with the company policy

3.1 Management and assignment to correct and make a good teamwork,loyalty and a good responsibility to subordinate

3.2 Control Budget of Department

3.3 Control cost Planing for transport daily

4. To conduct the training

To train all staff awareness of quality work and process working in operation

5. To execute any assignd tasks given by superior

5.1 To effectively perform any new assignment in according to the superior’s order.

5.2 To perform oneself according to the company’ s rules and regulation.

6. Compliance with occupational safety health and environment

6.1The Employee is obligated to cooperate with the Employer in operating and promoting of occupational safety, health and environment in order to ensure safety to the Employee and the Establishment.

6.2 BBS summit per month

Education

Bachelor Degree related to executive administer

Skills

1) Good communication, and leadership skills

2) Fair in English both writing and speaking

3) Familiar with computers and MS office

Experience

2-3 Years.
