Tech skill/experiences require:

- Active Directory Server Management
- Google workspace (Gmail, Google drive & others related service)
- Experience with LAN/WAN networks
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Products , Windows/MacOS/Linux will be considered as special.

 

Scope of work:

              Technical support officers troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely customer feedback, and support
the roll-out of new applications, among other duties and also work as purchasing admin for IT Team

 

Job Description / Responsibilities:

·      Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues

·      Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications for internal IT and All users

·      Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks for On-prim server and All users

·      Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults for All users

·      Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports

·      Work as Purchasing Admin for IT Team (PR generating, Follow-up & Consolidation)

·      Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)

·      Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time

·      Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.

·      Report creation, monitor & update (Employee asset, PR & PO relation, Asset & License expiration for all users, etc)

Qualifications:

●       Bachelor’s Degree in IT, System Engineer, Computer Science, or related fields.

●        2 - 3 years of experience in IT Technical Support role

●        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

●        Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

●        Excellent interpersonal skills.
