Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing production processes to meet goals and plans.
- Control and Supervise the production of products in the factory according to the standards and plans Set out.
- Coordinate with other departments to operate in the same direction and according to the plans and policies that have been laid out.
- Develop and improve production processes, production methods and machines used in production with new technology continuously for increasing the efficiency of production.
- Control, monitor, and measure KPIs in every department to be consistent with the organization's requirements.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor
- Plan production and use of machines, manpower to be consistent with production.
- Managing inventory levels, procurement, and distribution processes to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production output, quality metrics, and operational efficiency.
- Performing other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering/Production Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or other related fields.
- At least 5 years experience in management level.
- Have leadership skills and Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Work well under pressure and able to work according to the production targets Set by the company.

- Have Good skills in computers and English
- Have Good communication skills. can negotiate and solve Immediate problems well
- At least 5 Experience in Feed production
