Responsibilities
- Communicate and coordinate with suppliers both domestically and international
- Negotiate prices and purchasing terms to achieve the best conditions
- Prepare purchasing documents such as quotations, contracts, and purchase orders (PO)
- Inspect product quality and ensure on-time delivery
- Conduct market research and prepare reports for procurement improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Male/Female, aged 22-35 years
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proficient in Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing) with HSK Level 4 or higher preferred
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- At least 1 year of experience in purchasing (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with effective time management skills
