Responsibility

• To Managing Chanel Marketing both offline and online
• Conduct sales and marketing operations. Coordinate and work closely with business partners.
• Planning and execution on marketing activities and advertising campaigns to promote brand awareness and image enhancement for loan products company
• Implemented a social media strategy resulting in increased brand awareness and customer engagement, leading to improved reach and engagement for the company's social media platform.
• Tracking and monitoring business year plan together with performance analysis and preparing report for management
• Streamlined the content creation process, through cross-department teamwork. Created all marketing materials, including presentation, advertising text, and art direction supervision, to support sales and engage new customers.
• Perform any other duties required by Supervisor.
• Being a good team player and always enhancing own’s competency.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 3 years working experience in management level of Marketing , PR, Online marketing, business development or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, decision making, and presentation skills.
• Dynamic and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Initiative and able to give recommendations to management to improve working process.
• Team-oriented, leadership, pleasant personality, maturity, caring attitude.
