Responsibilities
- ดูแล สิทธิประโยชน์ BOI + เอกสาร + การนำเข้า-ส่งออก + compliance เพื่อให้บริษัทใช้สิทธิได้ถูกต้องและคุ้มค่าที่สุด
- ดูแลและดำเนินการด้านสิทธิประโยชน์ BOI (Board of Investment) ให้เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขที่ได้รับอนุมัติ
- จัดเตรียมและยื่นเอกสาร BOI เช่น การขอส่งเสริมการลงทุน การขอแก้ไขโครงการ และการรายงานผลการดำเนินงาน
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น BOI, กรมศุลกากร และกรมสรรพากร
- ควบคุมและติดตามการนำเข้าเครื่องจักร วัตถุดิบ และการใช้สิทธิยกเว้นภาษีอากร
- ให้คำแนะนำภายในองค์กรเกี่ยวกับข้อกำหนด BOI และผลกระทบทางภาษี
- สนับสนุนงานตรวจสอบ (Audit) จาก BOI หรือหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ทำงาน 5 วัน : จ - ศ 8:30 - 17:30
Location : ตำบลนิคมพัฒนา อำเภอนิคมพัฒนา จ.ระยอง
Qualifications
- พูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาจีนได้ดี ระดับ HSK5 ขึ้นไป
- ประสบการณ์ BOI 2-5 ปีขึ้นไป (ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายและสิทธิประโยชน์ BOI รวมถึงขั้นตอนศุลกากร
- เข้าใจเอกสารนำเข้า-ส่งออก เช่น Invoice, Packing List, BOI Form ต่างๆ
- สามารถประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการ เช่น BOI, ศุลกากร, กรมสรรพากร
- ใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถตรวจสอบเอกสารได้อย่างถูกต้อง
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี
