Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable BOMs, technical solutions, vendors, and resources to support project needs.
- Support ICT and telecom projects, including presales bidding, onsite coordination during implementation, and aftersales support after project handover.
- Manage the full lifecycle of hardware projects, including planning, implementation, monitoring, control, and ensuring timely project delivery.
- Possess basic knowledge of networking and hardware solutions, with exposure to brands such as Cisco, Aruba, Huawei, Hikvision, Dahua, H3C, HPE, Dell, and Lenovo.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, handling project kick-off meetings, requirement validation, follow-ups, and ongoing communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the first-level support for aftersales services, coordinating with vendors, service providers, internal teams, and customers on telecom system integration and maintenance.
Qualifications
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- PMP or other project management certifications are preferred.
Language Skills
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English are required.
- Experience working in multinational environments is an advantage.
- Mandarin communication skills are a plus.
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in solution delivery, network solution design, or consulting services.
- Experience working with System Integrator (SI) companies or within the telecom/network industry in Thailand is preferred.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and project lifecycle management.
- Proven ability in business analysis, requirement gathering, and validating customer needs.
