      We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a proven track record in developing and transforming financial systems within large-scale manufacturing organizations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in finance and accounting, combined with exceptional leadership skills in building high-performing teams and managing banking relationships. This is a critical leadership role, and the successful candidate will play a significant part in shaping the company's future growth and financial strategy.

• Lead and oversee all Finance & Accounting functions, including accounting operations, financial reporting, cost control, treasury, and banking relationships.
• Assess the current finance and accounting organization, identify improvement opportunities, and implement best-in-class financial processes and controls.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the Financial Controller to oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
• Develop accurate and transparent Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) reporting by clearly separating raw material costs, production costs, yield, scrap, and manufacturing variances.
• Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP FI/CO, working closely with SAP consultants to ensure the system fully supports business requirements.
• Manage banking relationships, financing facilities, cash flow, and ensure compliance with loan covenants and financial obligation
• Establish reliable financial reporting systems that provide timely and accurate information for executive decision-making.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, including presentations to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Extensive finance leadership experience in a large manufacturing organization.
• Strong technical expertise in accounting, manufacturing cost accounting, and financial controls, with the ability to evaluate, improve, and redesign accounting processes—not merely oversee existing operations.
• Proven experience leading finance transformation or implementing new financial systems, rather than simply managing established processes
• In-depth knowledge of SAP FI/CO with hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience in banking relationship management, treasury, cash flow management, and financial risk management, including commodity price risk and foreign exchange (FX) risk.
• Demonstrated leadership capability in developing, restructuring, and leading finance teams through organizational change.
• High standards of integrity, accuracy, transparency, and professional ethics.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
