• Customer Complaint Handling & Resolution: Visit customer sites upon receiving product or service complaints, ensure timely and effective troubleshooting, and prepare comprehensive summary reports.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Attend inter-departmental meetings to report on production-related issues, technical problems, and continuous improvement feedback in collaboration with relevant teams such as R&D (PP) and Production (OSPP).
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect customer complaints, maintain precise statistical data, and perform root-cause analysis to develop proactive corrective and preventive solutions.
• Quality Assurance & Improvement: Coordinate with all quality-related departments to systematically manage non-conforming products and implement robust process improvements to prevent recurrence.
• Competitor Benchmarking: Collect competitor product samples on a monthly basis and coordinate with the R&D team to conduct quality testing, evaluation, and market benchmarking.
• Product & Print Testing: Conduct printability and usability testing on company products upon request from internal units, including:
  • OSPP: To evaluate the impact of production defects on printing quality and practical application.
  • R&D: To test and analyze print performance following raw material changes or new product developments, providing detailed final test summaries and quality analyses.

• Ages 30-40 years
• Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Chemical, Printing Technology, Industrial), or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Technical Service, Quality Assurance (QA/QC), or Customer Technical Support.
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or team-leading role is highly preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, or related industries is a strong plus.

• Strong background in root-cause analysis, problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys), and managing customer complaints.
• Familiarity with product testing, quality control processes, or printing technology evaluation.
• Solid data analysis skills with the ability to turn customer complaints and competitor data into statistical reports and actionable insights.
