Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop Marketplace sales channels (Shopee, Lazada, NocNoc, etc.), including updating product information, pricing, promotions, and new launches.
- Conduct Live Streaming to promote products, boost sales, and engage with customers.
- Assist and provide product consultation to walk-in customers in the showroom, ensuring excellent customer experience and closing sales.
- Communicate with and provide service to international customers in English, both in the showroom and online.
- Create sales promotion plans and propose new sales channels/platforms.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Note: First, you must come to work at Pathum Thani as usual. The ( Sukhumvit 26 ) branch is undergoing renovations.
Qualifications
- Gender: Male or Female
- Age: 25 years and above
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Arts, or related fields
- Experience in E-commerce sales is preferred
- Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, service-minded, and a team player
- Proficient in English communication (spoken and written)
- Proficient in computer and social media usage
- Experience in Content creation or Live streaming will be an advantage
