Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of clients' business operations, including financial performance and market trends.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide strategic recommendations to enhance business performance.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and develop customized solutions.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to support informed decision-making.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to educate clients on best practices and emerging trends.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement strategies and monitor their effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and emerging technologies in business consulting.
- Support the Business Development team by coordinating with the Marketing Manager and Client Service Manager, and liaising with the Legal team to assist with corporate legal documents and other processes based on client requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Business Consultant or similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of business principles, practices, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with accounting firms is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Chinese language (Mandarin or Cantonese) for effective client communication. (HSK 5 or above is needed)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
