Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the full spectrum of Accounting & Finance (A&F) operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and internal control.
- Develop financial strategy, capital planning, and risk management to support business growth beyond 1,000+ million THB in annual revenue.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial statements with relevant laws, accounting standards, and audit requirements.
- Manage multi-branch / multi-business unit financial structures, including consolidation, branch performance analysis, and cost control.
- Implement and optimize ERP systems (SAP / Microsoft Dynamics / Oracle NetSuite) to strengthen financial processes and reporting efficiency.
- Oversee tax planning, treasury, banking, and credit control to secure strong financial health.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board for strategic decision-making.
- Lead and develop the A&F team to achieve operational excellence and high financial governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CPD is a plus.
- Minimum 10–15 years in Accounting & Finance leadership; at least 5 years in senior management (Finance Director / CFO).
- Experience in automotive business, trading, distribution, or multi-branch businesses is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems: Oracle NetSuite. หรือ SAP, Microsoft Dynamics.
- Solid understanding of financial strategy, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and business performance management.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Able to communicate clearly in English, prepare financial reports, and present findings to management or stakeholders.
