Responsibility

• Develop and execute corporate marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline) to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Oversee brand positioning, corporate identity, and consistent messaging across all platforms.
• Manage digital marketing channels including social media, website, SEO/SEM, online advertising, and content marketing.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support product launches, promotions, and corporate events.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, marketing KPIs, and ROI.
• Manage marketing budget and control expenses effectively.
• Lead and coach the marketing team to achieve performance targets.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product to ensure alignment.
• Manage external agencies, suppliers, and media partners.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in automotive, industrial, or FMCG sectors
• Proven experience in corporate branding and strategic marketing planning
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
• Experience in managing marketing budgets and campaigns
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and team management capability
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
