Responsibilities
- Supervise and control mechanical construction activities on site, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, and to specification
- Verify that all installation works comply with approved drawings, engineering standards, and project specifications
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to resolve interface and sequencing issues
- Monitor and report on work progress, quality standards, and safety compliance.
- Conduct site inspections, identify technical issues, and implement timely corrective actions
- Prepare accurate site progress reports, inspection records, and technical documentation
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities to ensure smooth project closeout
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience in mechanical construction or site supervision
- Knowledge of construction management, engineering design, cost estimation, and project appraisal
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and other relevant engineering software
- Certified Safety Officer Supervisory level (จป. หัวหน้างาน) is highly preferred
