Responsibilities
- Present and sell airline tickets and related travel services to clients
- Manage flight bookings, changes, and cancellations in accordance with airline policies
- Coordinate with airlines and other travel partners to confirm services
- Provide advice on flight routes, promotions, and essential travel information to customers
- Prepare sales documentation and submit sales performance reports as required
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for sustained sales growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Tourism, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in airline sales, travel sales, or a related business
- Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English
- Understanding of airline products, routes, and travel regulations
- Ability to work under sales targets and manage urgent situations effectively
- Experience in selling tour packages is a plus.
