Responsibilities
- Record all expenses accurately and maintain detailed transaction records.
- Obtain necessary documentation from vendors, including invoices, receipts, and purchase orders, to support all incurred expenses.
- Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Collaborate closely with auditors, consultants, and outsourced accounting teams.
- Prepare monthly tax reports (PND 1, 3, 53) and annual tax reports (PND 50), including Social Security Fund submissions.
- Manage banking duties and petty cash operations.
- Support ad hoc projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in both English and Thai languages.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in airlines accounting or finance is a plus.
