Identify and develop new business opportunities within the flour market, including potential customers, distributors, and market segments

Support the sales team in managing existing client relationships and expanding account portfolios

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business development strategies

Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients

Participate in sales meetings, trade exhibitions, and networking events to promote our flour products

Support the development and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives

Monitor market trends and provide insights to senior management on business opportunities

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and distribution partners

Contribute to achieving sales targets and business development objectives

Document and report on business development activities and outcomes

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships

Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities

Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems

Fluency in English and Thai (both written and spoken)

Willingness to travel within Thailand for client meetings and market exploration

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and professional development

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Prior experience in sales, business development, or a related field is preferred but not essential for the right candidate

Knowledge of the food and beverage industry or flour business is advantageous
