Engineering Division Manager - กลุ่มบริษัทนันยางเท็กซ์ไทล์/บริษัท นันยางการทออุตสาหกรรม จำกัด

Responsibilities

1. Manage engineering and maintenance activities for machinery, utilities, and factory facilities to ensure reliable operations and uninterrupted production.

2. Plan and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime and improve production efficiency.

3. Conduct root cause analysis of machinery and production system failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.

4. Oversee electrical, steam, boiler, compressed air, water, and related utility systems, ensuring efficient operation and energy usage.

5. Manage machinery installation, upgrades, and replacement projects, including automation solutions suitable for textile production.

6. Prepare and control engineering budgets, maintenance costs, and spare parts inventory, and manage contractors and external service providers.

7. Coordinate with Production and other departments to align maintenance schedules and machinery improvements with production plans.

8. Ensure engineering activities comply with applicable safety, environmental, and factory standards.

9. Lead and develop engineers and technicians, and monitor key performance indicators, including downtime, MTBF, MTTR, and energy costs.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.

2. At least 8 years of experience in engineering or maintenance within a manufacturing environment, including at least 3 years of team management experience.

3. Experience in textile manufacturing, particularly knitting, weaving, dyeing, or finishing, is preferred.

4. Strong knowledge of machinery maintenance, electrical and control systems, and factory utilities.

5. Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues, plan projects, and manage budgets.

6. Knowledge of energy conservation, operational improvement, and automation systems.

7. Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage urgent operational issues.

8. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to read technical manuals and documents in English. Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is an advantage.

9. Able to work on-site in Om Noi, Samut Sakhon, Monday–Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
