Logistics Division Manager - กลุ่มบริษัทนันยางเท็กซ์ไทล์/บริษัท นันยางการทออุตสาหกรรม จำกัด

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement logistics plans aligned with production schedules, customer requirements, and business objectives.

• Manage domestic and international transportation of raw materials and finished goods, including deliveries between factories.

• Oversee import and export operations, shipping documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with relevant authorities.

• Manage freight forwarders, transport providers, and customs brokers, including service selection, rate negotiations, and performance reviews.

• Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, Production, Sales, and Warehouse teams to ensure material availability and on-time shipments.

• Optimize transportation routes, shipment consolidation, container utilization, and delivery schedules to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Control logistics budgets and monitor freight charges, clearance expenses, demurrage, detention, and other related costs.

• Establish and monitor KPIs covering on-time delivery, logistics costs, transit time, shipment accuracy, and cargo damage.

• Resolve shipment delays and delivery issues, manage logistics risks, and develop contingency plans to maintain business continuity.

• Ensure compliance with applicable customs regulations, international trade requirements, Incoterms, and customer shipping instructions.

• Improve logistics processes, reporting, and system integration to strengthen shipment visibility and operational control.

• Lead and develop the logistics team, standardize practices across factories, and report performance to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 10 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or import and export operations, including at least 5 years in a management role.

• Experience in manufacturing logistics; experience in the textile or garment industry is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of international freight, customs clearance, shipping documentation, and Incoterms.

• Proven experience managing logistics service providers, negotiating freight rates, and controlling logistics costs.

• Experience coordinating logistics across multiple factories and handling both raw material and finished goods shipments.

• Strong leadership, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and logistics performance reporting.

• Good command of English for communication with overseas partners and service providers.

• Willingness to travel to the Group’s factories and relevant logistics locations.
