Responsibilities
- Lead the annual and periodic update of Standard Costs (Labor, Material, and Overhead).
- Maintain and audit the Bill of Materials (BOM) and production routings to ensure they reflect physical reality.
- Implement Activity-Based Costing (ABC) or other modern methodologies to improve cost allocation accuracy.
- Supervise the analysis of Purchase Price Variance (PPV) and Manufacturing Variances (Usage, Efficiency, and Volume).
- Provide weekly/monthly Gross Margin analysis by product line, customer, and region.
- Identify "leaks" in the production process and partner with Operations to implement cost-reduction strategies.
- Oversee the Cycle Counting program and annual physical inventory audits.
- Manage the Slow-Moving and Obsolete (SLOB) inventory reviews and reserve calculations.
- Ensure compliance with J-SOX, GAAP, or IFRS / TFRS standards regarding inventory and COGS.
- Manage the month-end closing process for the Costing module.
- Mentor and train junior staff on cost accounting principles and ERP workflows.
Qualifications
- Age between 30 - 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or finance.
- Experience more than 7 years in Inventory, Fixed Asset Function
- Knowledge in Accounting Software such as D365, ERP, AS400
- Management Skill and good personality.
- Good communication & Human relation.
