Responsibilities
This is a junior marketing role with emphasis on creating graphic content for online and offline channels
Candidates need to be able to speak Thai and English. Candidates with 1-3 years of work experience / fresh graduates from related majors are welcome. Able to start work immediately will be an advantage.
Outstanding candidates are expected to be fast track for promoted to senior executive or junior managerial roles after 1 year.
Job Description:
• Product & Brand Promotion: Actively promote the company's products, brand image, and strategic initiatives within the solar industry.
• Campaign Development: Collaborate with the Manager to generate monthly promotion ideas and marketing topics for both online and offline activities.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging content (photos, videos) for various marketing channels.
• Digital Marketing: Assist in managing and optimizing content across digital platforms, including social media (Facebook, TikTok) and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada).
• Livestream Engagement (Optional but a plus): Participate in or lead live streaming sessions on platforms like TikTok Live or Facebook Live to engage with the audience and promote products.
• Design & Visuals: Utilize common design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier to create compelling visual assets for marketing campaigns.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of working experience in marketing; 2-4 years of experience is preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding or interest in the solar industry is a plus.
• Digital Savvy: Experience with online marketing and social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada) is a significant advantage.
• Live Streaming (Optional but a plus): Prior experience in conducting TikTok Live or Facebook Live sessions is a plus.
• Graphic Design Skills: Proficient in using design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier for photo and video editing.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Language: Proficiency in Thai (both written and spoken). English proficiency is a plus.
• Proactive & Creative: A self-starter with a creative mindset and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Compensation:
1. Compensation package includes monthly salary, social security and year-end bonus. Bonus is 1-6 months tied to company target and personal performance.
2. Leave includes annual leave (10 days) (after 120-day probation period), national holiday leave, maternity leave and sick leave
3. Working hours: 9.00 - 18.00 Monday - Friday
