Electrical Engineer (สำนักงานกรุงเทพ เขตจตุจักร) - บริษัท เอ็กซ์ซัส กรุ๊ป จำกัด

1. ทำงานร่วมกับทีมขายเพื่อสนับสนุนงานขายอย่างเต็มรูปแบบ โดยให้คำแนะนำและข้อมูลเชิงเทคนิคเกี่ยวกับสินค้า พร้อมทั้งประสานงานในการให้รายละเอียดที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น คุณสมบัติของสินค้า ราคา และข้อมูลทางด้านวิศวกรรม

2. วางแผนการดำเนินงานและแผนวิศวกรรม รวมถึงการวิเคราะห์ขอบเขตงาน และแนวทางการใช้สินค้า ให้ตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้า

3. ออกแบบแนวทางการใช้สินค้า (Product Solution) และ ประสานงานจัดทำ Bill of Materials (BOM) สำหรับงานโปรเจ็ค

4. จัดทำเอกสารทางเทคนิค เช่น ไฟล์นำเสนอทางเทคนิค,เอกสารการทดสอบอุปกรณ์, เอกสาร Work Method Statement, TOR และ Warranty List

5. ประสานงานกับทางผู้รับเหมา และดูแลกระบวนการติดตั้งสินค้า เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าสินค้าได้รับการติดตั้งอย่างถูกต้องและตรงตามข้อกำหนด

6. รับผิดชอบคุณภาพและความถูกต้องของงานด้านวิศวกรรม และตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของฝ่ายขายและลูกค้า

7. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในบริษัทฯเพื่อตอบสนอง และส่งเสริมการทำงานด้านวิศวกรรม การขายและการบริการ

8. ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานตามกรอบนโยบายบริษัท และปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

1.Collaborate with the sales team to provide full support for sales activities by offering technical advice and product information. Coordinate and provide relevant details such as product specifications, pricing, and engineering data.

2.Plan operations and engineering strategies, including analyzing project scopes and proposing solutions that align with customer requirements.

3.Design product solutions and coordinate the preparation of Bills of Materials (BOM) for project-based work.

4.Prepare technical documentation, such as technical presentations, equipment testing reports, Work Method Statements, Terms of Reference (TOR), and Warranty Lists.

5.Coordinate with contractors and oversee the installation process to ensure products are installed correctly and in compliance with specifications.

6.Take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of engineering tasks and respond to the needs of the sales team and customers.

7.Coordinate with internal departments to support and promote engineering, sales, and service operations.

8.Comply with company policies and standards, and perform other tasks as assigned.
