เจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัยและธุรการ - บริษัท เอ็กซ์ซัส กรุ๊ป จำกัด

1. ตรวจสอบและเสนอแนะให้นายจ้างปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายด้านความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน

2. วิเคราะห์งานเพื่อชี้บ่งอันตราย ประเมินความเสี่ยง และกำหนดมาตรการป้องกันหรือขั้นตอนการทำงานอย่างปลอดภัย

3. จัดทำแผนการฝึกอบรมความปลอดภัย เช่น การซ้อมหนีไฟ และแผนฉุกเฉิน

4. ดำเนินการสอบสวน รายงาน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลอุบัติเหตุที่เกิดขึ้น พร้อมหาวิธีป้องกันการเกิดซ้ำ

5. ให้คำแนะนำและอบรมพนักงานเกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน

6. ตรวจสอบหาสาเหตุและวิเคราะห์การเกิดอุบัติเหตุหรือเหตุการณ์ที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อความปลอดภัยของพนักงาน

*งานด้านธุรการ

1. ประสานงานและจัดทำเอกสาร ระหว่างลูกค้าและแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องในโปรเจคต่างๆของบริษัท

2. จัดทำ จัดเตรียมการนำเสนอ อัพเดตและติดตามสถานะงานภายในทีมเทคนิค วางแผนงานในการปฏิบัติงาน และสรุปรายงานในแต่ละสัปดาห์

3. สนับสนุนจัดทำงานเอกสารงานทางเทคนิค, Bidding

ประสบการณ์ 1-3 ปี

สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี

หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านแอดมิน ประสานงาน งานเอกสาร จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

มีความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ Microsoft Office และโปรแกรมอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำงาน

มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีใจรักด้านงานบริการ สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี

มีรถยนต์ ส่วนตัว สามารถเดินทางได้ และมีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์

Products include Analog and VoIP telephones; Page/Talk, Talk/Back, PA/GA systems, accessories and more. Guardian is certified under ISO 9001:2008; CSA Type 4X, UL, ATEX; NEC: Class I & II Division 1 & 2, IEC: Zone 1; and NEMA IP66.
