• ทบทวน ปรับปรุง และเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขเครดิตของลูกค้า เช่น วงเงินเครดิต เงื่อนไขการชำระเงิน และระยะเวลาการชำระเงิน (AR)
• บันทึกข้อมูลรายละเอียดเครดิตของลูกค้าและผลการวิเคราะห์เข้าสู่ระบบ
• ตรวจสอบการชำระเงินของลูกค้าจากช่องทางต่างๆ อาทิ บัตรเครดิต การโอนชำระเงิน และการรับเช็ค
• บันทึกบัญชีข้อมูลการชำระเงินในระบบ
• ออกใบเสร็จรับเงิน
• ประสานงานกับลูกค้าเพื่อนัดหมายวันวางบิล รับเช็ค และวันชำระเงินตามรอบบัญชี
• ติดต่อประสานงานกับฝ่ายขายและแผนกอื่นๆ เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการวางบิลหรือกรณีที่ลูกค้าปฏิเสธการชำระเงิน
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและมีความรับผิดชอบสูง
• มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
• มีความสามารถในการใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว
• มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในกระบวนการทำงานด้านการเงิน
