เจ้าหน้าที่บัญชี - บริษัท อิตาเลเซีย เทรดดิ้ง (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

• จัดทำเอกสารประกอบการลงบัญชี สมุดบัญชี และรายงานทางการบัญชีต่างๆ
• จัดทำรายงานภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย (ภงด. 1, 3, 53, 54, ภ.พ. 36)
• จัดทำรายงานภาษีซื้อ-ขาย และยื่นแบบแสดงรายการภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (ภ.พ. 30)
• จัดเตรียมและบันทึกเอกสารทางบัญชี เช่น ใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบเสร็จรับเงิน และใบหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย
• ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องเบื้องต้นของเอกสาร และนำส่งให้หัวหน้าบัญชี
• สนับสนุนการยื่นภาษีประจำเดือน ได้แก่ ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย และภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม
• จัดทำรายงานสรุปค่าใช้จ่าย รายรับ-รายจ่ายเบื้องต้น
• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ฝ่ายการเงิน ลูกค้า หรือผู้ขาย
• ปฏิบัติงานธุรการทั่วไปที่เกี่ยวข้องกับฝ่ายบัญชี รวมถึงการจัดเก็บเอกสาร
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

• ประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) หรือปริญญาตรีในสาขาบัญชีหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์ 2 – 3 ปีในสายงานบัญชีและการเงิน
• ความสามารถในการใช้งานโปรแกรมสำนักงานและทักษะการจัดระเบียบเอกสารอย่างเป็นระบบ
• ความกระตือรือร้นในการเรียนรู้งานบัญชี
• ความละเอียดรอบคอบในการปฏิบัติงาน
• มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
• หากมีประสบการณ์ในการจัดทำงบการเงินจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
