เจ้าหน้าที่ประสานงาน - บริษัท อิตาเลเซีย เทรดดิ้ง (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

• ประสานงานหลักระหว่างสำนักงานใหญ่และสาขาของอิตัลเอเชียทั้ง 13 สาขา
• ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของสินค้าคงคลังที่สำนักงานใหญ่ตามคำขอจากสาขา ครอบคลุมสินค้ากลุ่มไวน์ สุรา Monin RTD สาเก และ illy
• ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของรายการสินค้า จำนวน และประเภทสินค้าในคำขอของแต่ละสาขาก่อนดำเนินการ
• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายบัญชีเพื่อออกเอกสารสำหรับการเบิกสินค้าจากคลังสินค้า เมื่อสาขามีคำขอโอนสินค้าระหว่างสาขา
• ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าสินค้าพร้อมจำหน่ายได้รับการจัดเตรียมและจัดส่งตามคำขอ
• ติดตามสถานะกับคลังสินค้าเพื่อยืนยันว่าสินค้าถูกจัดส่งอย่างถูกต้องไปยังสาขาที่ระบุ
• ประสานงานกับสาขาเพื่อขออนุมัติสินค้า FOC (Free of Charge) และสินค้าตัวอย่างจากผู้บริหารที่สำนักงานใหญ่
• จัดเก็บบันทึกการอนุมัติสินค้า FOC และการตัดสต็อกรายเดือนทั้งหมดเพื่อใช้ตรวจสอบและอ้างอิง
• รวบรวมรายการคำขอสินค้าของสาขา รายการที่รอจัดส่ง และรายการที่จัดส่งเรียบร้อยแล้ว
• จัดทำและนำส่งรายงานสรุปแยกตามสาขาอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
• ติดตามรายการที่ค้างดำเนินการและรายการค้างนาน พร้อมผลักดันให้ปิดงานได้ครบถ้วน
• ประสานงานกับทีมแบรนด์เพื่อจัดหาสินค้าตามที่สาขาต้องการ กรณีสินค้าขาดสต็อก
• ประสานงานกับทีมนำเข้าเพื่อดำเนินการเคลียร์ภาษี สำหรับสินค้าที่ต้องนำเข้าเพื่อจำหน่าย
• ตรวจสอบสถานะการนำเข้าและกำหนดการมาถึงของสินค้ากับทีมแบรนด์ และแจ้งให้สาขาทราบ
• แจ้งข้อมูลสินค้าใหม่ โปรโมชั่น และประกาศต่าง ๆ จากสำนักงานใหญ่ให้สาขารับทราบ
• จัดส่งเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการปฏิบัติงานของสาขา
• เป็นสื่อกลางในการสื่อสารระหว่างหน่วยงานที่สำนักงานใหญ่และสาขา
• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขนส่งและผู้ให้บริการขนส่งเพื่อติดตามสถานะการจัดส่งสินค้า
• ติดตามและแก้ไขปัญหาการจัดส่ง เช่น ความล่าช้า สินค้าไม่ครบ หรือสินค้าเสียหาย
• ยืนยันการรับสินค้ากับสาขาและปิดรายการคำขอให้เรียบร้อย
• ประสานงานกับสาขาเพื่อรวบรวมและส่งสินค้ากลับสำนักงานใหญ่ ตามคำขอเรียกคืนจากทีมแบรนด์
• ตรวจสอบให้มีการออกเอกสารรับคืนสินค้าและปรับปรุงสต็อกในระบบอย่างถูกต้อง

• ปริญญาตรีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ 1-3 ปี ในด้านการประสานงาน, โลจิสติกส์, ซัพพลายเชน, งานบริการลูกค้า หรือการปฏิบัติการสาขา/ค้าปลีก
• มีทักษะการประสานงานและติดตามงานกับหน่วยงานที่หลากหลายได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• มีความสามารถในการใช้งาน Microsoft Excel ในระดับดีเยี่ยม (เช่น Pivot Table, VLOOKUP) และคุ้นเคยกับระบบ ERP หรือระบบบริหารสินค้าคงคลัง
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ, เป็นระบบระเบียบ และสามารถบริหารจัดการงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันภายใต้ความกดดันได้
• มีใจรักงานบริการ, มีทัศนคติเชิงบวก และพร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่
• หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ (อ่าน/เขียน) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
