• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Sales Team.
• Prepare and process essential sales documentation, including quotations, sales orders, return orders, consignment documents, credit notes, invoices, and expense claims.
• Maintain and update internal databases and documentation, such as inventory records, Issued Orders (AJ), Transfer Orders (TP to TR), sales reports, and other operational records.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, and other internal departments to ensure accurate order processing, timely fulfillment, and smooth operational workflows.
• Monitor inventory levels and product availability to support sales activities and effective stock management.
• Prepare, organize, and coordinate administrative documentation and logistics for HORECA customer events.
